1. Services
Elite Shine Cleaning, LLC provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services based on the service plan agreed upon with the client. Specific service details, scheduling, and pricing will be confirmed during booking.
2. Booking and Cancellations
- Appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email.
- We require at least [24/48] hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a charge equal to the full service amount.
3. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, credit card, and Venmo.
- Past-due balances may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Homes must be in a condition safe for our staff to clean.
- Pets must be secured during the cleaning service.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Liability
- We are insured and take every precaution to prevent damage, but we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or fragile items not disclosed prior to service.
- Elite Shine Cleaning, LLC is not responsible for items not secured or valuables left in open areas.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, logos, images, and graphics—is the property of Elite Shine Cleaning, LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
